RYLA Transportation

Important Information

Attendees must arrive at the event departure point between 7:00 am and 7:30 am on Wednesday 10th June 2015. Official Opening and welcome activities will begin at 8:00 am. – First Camp meeting for all attendees begins at 10:30 am.

All Rotary Clubs are responsible for transporting their attendees TO and FROM the event departure point and that the attendees have been notified of the arrangements. Arrange transportation with one of your Club’s members, a family member, or other Rotarian. Please note: Attendees are not allowed to drive themselves to and from camp. Any attendee that arrives in their own car will not be admitted into the RYLA camp.

Rotary Clubs must determine how and where they are meeting their selected attendees for transport to RYLA. RYLA coordinators should contact their attendee today to agree on arrangements.

Drivers should bring a map to the location, and have a list of what to bring and what not to bring for each attendee.

Pickup time is on Friday, immediately following the Awards Ceremony, at approximately 4:00 pm. All Drivers are encouraged to arrive early (say 3:30 pm) to watch and enjoy the awards ceremony.
